      None that I can think of. Everything takes 4 times longer to get done.

      Low pay, lousy raises, overworked and generally not a place I would recommend for employment

      Pros

      Vacation available to employee as soon as you start and don't have to wait to accrue. CEO treatment of employees after devastating fire is admirable and well received.

      Cons

      Still trying to define image since break off from HP & Agilent. Salaries not as competitive but it is nice to get your vacation upfront and don't have to wait a few years to accrue.

      Genuine company Transparent and direct communication Long tenure employees

      Cons

      Exhausting and rigid policies and red tape Not very agile, policies and process impede even the simplest task. Nothing is easy here. Not very customer focused - some policies makes it very challenging for customers to do business with us and the company simply does not care Company is SLOW to do anything A simple task is exhausting. Also listed as pro, but many long tenure employees lack ability to see outside the box.... there is no change or streamlining, or addressing of processes that are both time consuming and not efficient.
