      Pros

      Management still uses the old HP flex time system. The work atmosphere is very friendly. most co workers come from the military. Anyone recently separated from the military finds the environment very comfortable and easy to work in.

      Cons

      Management and cooperate do not appreciate its workers. Management schedules added work with little to no warning. management expects production to make up for missed revenue goals of all other teams and fails to acknowledge when production meets all others goals.
