      Amazing amount of knowledge, flexible work hours, ample PTO, profit sharing, great co-workers, currently being revitalized, travel opportunities, openings for career progression if desired

      Cons

      The salary is standard for the average and advanced employees, bonuses are minimal, company is changing - could be good or bad but it looks good.

      As an R&D engineer you get to work with the latest technology.

      Cons

      Tops down management (published by management as the Keysight style) is slow and out of touch with customer needs. Excessive focus on "shareholder equity" at the expense of quality, customer satisfaction and employees.

      Flexible working schedules, good working environment and very help for intern or co-op to improve programming skill. All the employees are nice and easy to work with.
