      - Work life balance - Seniors and managers are very hands on. Helps junior employees to learn things a lot - Very high salary compared to other companies in Kolkata, WB

      Cons

      - Sometimes growth can become stagnant. I have faced weeks of absolutely no work , nothing to do at all. And then there was loads of work again. It kind of depends on the project you are involved in. That is very important. Your stay at Keysight is dependent on the combination of the work you are doing and the team you are put in. These two things can make a difference.
