Great Co-workers, depending the position room for growth.

Cons

Managements hands off approach on managing people, lack of modern infrastructure. Its run like the military, do more with less, but in all actuality less gets done and people burn out. Outsource jobs over seas.

none. the company will not allow an employee to succeed professionally, they, the management, keep employees down so as they can not be replaced because of their inability to do their own jobs. they lack experience and general overall automotive knowledge, management rides in on the CEO's coat tails, with no experience whatsoever, nice job if you can get it.

Cons

the people that have been there for many years suck the life from the company, these lifers lack enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and are generally the worst people I have ever encountered.
