      Don't take the supervisor job

      Pros

      Company discount and advancement. However you will have to move to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Absolutely lied about what the job entailed in interview. They will dangle a higher position and salary over your head for years to ramp up productivity. They claim you are a valued team member but you're a number. They will set you up for failure then blame you for there mistakes.

      The pay is good for a position like this, can hit OT pretty easy temperature inside was fair, and all the lifting can give you a good workout
