Pros
Great people to work with. Pay wasn't bad either. If you showed interest in furthering your career in the company it seems they did their best to make it happen.
Cons
Usually felt overworked. Too much do do with not enough people. Company can do this backward or old school which made it seem like the work was harder than it had to be.
