Pros

Decent pay, some good people. Low level benefits for a company of this size

Cons

One of the largest warehouse distributor's in the automotive industry is slowly sinking and there's no one doing anything about it. Those in charge of making decisions are way behind the times and there is a lack of a sense of urgency in taking any real action. There is a huge level of complacency from those who have been around 10-20 + years and has stunted this company from keeping up with the times. As things progressively got worse, the intensity of micro-managing increased and there is a consistent pointing of the fingers from upper management to those who simply followed orders. Multiple layoffs through the year has resulted in those left to pick up the slack while the company continues with their hiring freeze of over a year.

Pros

Great vendor relationships. Cool industry.

Cons

Super low ball offers for pay at all levels. Lack of trust & employee empowerment. Like doing things they way they have always been done - if you are in innovator, you will be poorly accepted until you go through their unannounced Initiation process. The list goes on for Cons. People only take this job when it's their last option. A lot of turnover at the mid to upper management level. Lack of customer care. Lack if employee care. Nepotism & Good 'ole boy system. A lot of red tape & politics.

Pros

Exeter warehouse. Good co workers to be around with. Good if you like overtime.

Cons

Exeter warehouse. Very selfish and horrible management especially from the receiving side. Very degrading place that lies to you and don't treat their employees like human beings. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Overtime is forced on people and they have really screwed over their employees a lot in the past and present. The quota is unrealistic and do not care when you try explaining yourself to them. You'll always be in the wrong and never will be right in their eyes.
