Pros

The people that work here are the BEST. The company itself is moving in a positive direction. If you put in the effort and time, you will be compensated for it! They take care of their employees.

Cons

The warehouse can get hot in the summer months.

Pros

Good pay Most good customers Good learning environment Some good employees that help out sometimes

Cons

Where do i start... they either work you like a slave. You start at either 4:30 or 3am and they send you to every backwood part of the country Super long days or super short days Corporate dont care about you one bit. If you get hit (your fault) if someone cuts you off (your fault) get caught in traffic (your fault) ect. Gps system is a laughing matter, they are so outdated that nothing comes up. Most co-worker treat you like crap and the others are such cry babies and make your life suck Discount sucks... and trying to get parts ordered for any car older than 06 is almost impossible Nearly impossible route times and the manifests are so off that 75% of drivers dont even use it but guess what? If u dont follow it you get yelled at so your constantly going back and forth None of the trucks are serviced properly and most of them hardly run. Only service they really do is all the fluid checks unless the truck totaly craps the bed then they fix it and run it untill another issue arises Bottom line is if you like driving or auto parts you either like it or hate it

Pros

Plenty of windshield time , great customer interaction, main corporation seems well organized with plenty of corporate education courses

Cons

DOT is always a ominous cloud for drivers getting logbook HOS fines if DOT ever got ahold of the companies GeoTab records showing far more driving hours then the mid-management has drivers put in their logbooks or manifests it would be bad for the driver.. Tend to regularly violate state law WAC 296-126-092, particularly section 2 & 3 as well
