      Pros

      I'm a car enthusiast and I like the industry. Keystone is changing into a more professional business than most in its industry--competitors, suppliers, and many of its customers have a longer way to go.

      Cons

      There is a lot of organizational history to overcome; but, things are changing faster for the better.

      Great team of co workers , love what I do, love coming to work every day! "Orzetti and his band of fools" we're the best executives Keystone has ever seen!
