      Pros

      Hours are good. Company stresses work life balance. As a corporate initiative, they really try to collaborate with employees to make it a good place to work.

      Cons

      The intention is there, but because the company is so numbers and results based these meetings never amount to more than putting on a show really. Management cant do anything about it. The most toxic environment I've ever worked in.
