If you like a company who does not value the employees but the bottomline than this is the place for you.

Cons

Top heavy with Management and the hourly employyees are not respected at all. Too many meetings to figure out what Management is doing wrong when all they have to do is focus on Customer Satisfaction.

Good discount on auto parts for your car or truck. You can look at the streetsideauto.com website because Keystone owns that and is able to offer good discounts to undercut the competition.

Cons

Outsourcing of jobs to india. Upper management is overpaid and they like it that way. Look at the cars in the parking lot in Exeter PA. High employee turnover because the company is constantly being sold.
