horrible management, only lead through fear, if you ask for help then it means you don't know what you're doing. they are 2 face and will only help to benefit their sales/bonuses. the almost 3 years there, their metric system was so messed up they promised they'd fix it then penalize you for not meeting goals. senior sales rep role is the highest you can go with no raise or bonuses. if you move away from sales, you get a pay cut. their team buildings are "voluntary" (not!) and an excuse to gossip and talk behind people's back - sadly with the participation of management.

Supervisor was a horrible person. He only cared about himself. You will get nowhere with this company unless you are willing to do tile work, brake jobs or other mechanical work for the supervisor. Find somewhere else to work.
