      Management generally is laid back and easy to work with. Fun to work on sites related to car parts.

      Cons

      Limited career advancement. Small teams so don't expect a QA.

      Pros

      Good work/home balance. Manager is wonderful. Former CIO, Mick was awesome. Everyone like family. Work was challenging and new code and coding was used. Training was provided on new technologies. Company cares about the employee.

      Cons

      The new CIO does not seem to hold the same values as Mick did.
