Pros

Reasonable compensation, great coworkers, great company culture. Safety is heavily promoted as it should be.

Cons

This is the energy industry. There are always ups and downs no matter what company you work for. You must be dedicated and willing to put in the hard work necessary to make it work for you. And planning ahead and thinking of your future area always good ideas.

All in all a decent place to work. A lot of that is because the people

Work is very inconsistent. You can make good money provided you actually get hours. One week I get 7 days. The next, or the next two I may get only 3 or 4, or none.
