Pros

It’s a consistent job, after a while you know what to expect.

Cons

Everything else about working here is uncomfortable. Management is retaliatory, and takes any critique personally. Clients that you basically babysit are normally aggressive, and management doesn’t want you to ever respond to it, even if their clients threaten to stab you. Constant pest issues with bedbugs and cockroaches that you risk taking home to your own family. No benefits, they refuse to pay you for overtime(illegally) and there’s always so much drama. No matter how bad your life gets you can never call in sick either, but management sure can!
