Pros

The clients, coworkers, and environment is easy to love and appreciate. Most people treat each other with respect and admiration. The pay is also not too bad.

Cons

I had recently became a program director after 2 years of a program having none. When I came in, I was promised support and being eased into the position and at first it seemed that way but further in, I was hardly trained and work just kept piling on for the previous 2 years and the present. I had no idea what I was doing most of the time and everytime I needed help, the help was more of an emotional interaction opposed to assisting me with the task or provifing me with some adequate training.
