Pros

I intended to retire from Keystone. I truly enjoyed what I did and cared deeply about the individuals I served. I started at $16/hr in 2020 and was making $23/hr by the time I left in 2024. Very generous PTO and flexibility with working from home or flexing hours.

Cons

When the new director took over major unnecessary changes began taking place. We lost the ability to work from home and we were expected to follow directives that didn't make sense without being able to give any feedback. Choices were being made that had major impact on individuals' lives without them or their support systems being involved. It's being run like a business with the human beings we serve being treated like a commodity or product.
