I love working with the individuals and I'm here for them for the last 15 years.

Cons

There is too much of a gap between higher ups and direct care staff. Management making bad decisions, we've lost a lot of good staff who have been here for years

Cons

The company does not care about their employees. They would rather fire employees for doing the right thing than an supervisor doing the wrong thing. They listen to rumors and lies about their employees and fire them rather than talk to them and figure out what is going on.
