Great Benefits Make Up for Low Pay

Pros

Keystone supports individuals struggling with Mental Health and Mental Retardation. If you're looking for a way to "give back" to the community without making a whole lot of money, this is a good way to do it. The pay scale is low, but the benefits are fantastic.

Cons

The management style at Keystone seems a little fractured at times. It's not uncommon for management to seek last-minute compliance to State & organizational mandates. The lack of fore-warning can create inconveniences as you attempt to comply.
