Pros

-Helps you find new projects faster -Work-Life Balance is based on the end client. The current end client offers a good work-life balance.

Cons

-Only helps you find a project if the current one is expired or you were let go due to a leadership change -No benefits -Not even a single day of PTO -Provided Insurance sucks -If you ask for a pay increase, it will be less than 25 cents even after 2-3 years -Your pay will decrease if filing for H1B

Poor benefits, no increments, poor immigration help

Better network for finding new project

Cons

Not so helpful staff for immigration help Not great with increment on the pay scale unless and until change of project which you can't change unless and until your project ends or you get fired from client Not great with benefits as well
