      Open environment where ideas can be shared & heard freely. Teams committed to having fun as much as working hard. Surrounded by people who really care about you as a person, not just an employee.

      Cons

      Depending on the role you're in, can sometimes be difficult to find a good work/life balance.

      Pros

      The people & the culture are a big part of why I love working for Kforce, as well as why I've been with the company for so long. A big part of that is Kforce's Core Values, they aren't just words on a website as with so many other companies, but they are the driving force behind the culture & why Kforce has so many great people. These are the reasons that I love Kforce & consider it my home.

      Cons

      As with many corporations, there are times when big decisions are made by people who do not fully understand the impact on every single dept/employee. Kforce is actively trying to change that in some areas, but change does take time.
