      Pros

      Good training and support for employees. A lot of room for growth. Positive environment to work in.

      Cons

      Nothing really negative to say here. Sometimes you can get "lost" when you work in a bigger company, on larger teams.

      Amazing Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Kforce has been such a great company for me. It has allowed me to learn, grow and advance my career. They have been very flexible with me becoming a new mom and have a fantastic value core system. My leadership team is very supportive and open.

      There are no cons, I have had a great experience working here.

      Revolving door - don't waste your time here.

      Ok benefits and no one works too hard.

      Cons

      If you don't drink the Kool-Aid and always go along with whatever management feeds you, you are a problem child in their eyes. Heaven forbid you use the brain in your head and think for yourself. The entire operations is very political and lots of the upper management have their children working there.
