      Pros

      Management makes you feel like you are a full time worker, rather than a contractor or contingent worker at the client location. They call, visit and are genuinely interested in your career and how they can help. I also like the many benefits. Medical, dental, 401K, stock purchasing etc. There is really no difference between working here and being a full time employee for a client in this regard.

      Cannot think of any at the moment.

      KGS Review as a Program Manager

      Pros

      KGS Management created a company Credo to be respected and adhered to, and from my experience they truly do live up to the items in the Credo as well as emphasize that KGS Associates do as well. Also, many people have been very supportive of me and my work while at KGS.

      I have no no cons with KGS.
