Pros

Great company culture. They have a fantastic incentive program and continuing education avenues.

Cons

Not all units are created equal. You might end up working for a guy/girl who has no business leading a team, and can make each day a living Hell.

Pros

Good name recognition in the staffing industry, some markets across the country have great leadership - see NE/DC/ & Midwest Regions.

Cons

You are JUST a NUMBER! You leave everyday feeling replaceable even as a top performer. Little to no career track; little to no promotions within except in the NE and DC markets. NRC in Tampa is slated to take over field jobs and the field doesn't even know their positions are slowly being eliminated.
