      Was told I would get my share of "Freebie" accounts but was shut out while people came in after me and received them.

      Pros

      Training is impeccable. They give you mentors. You learn how to recruit there with pros. They fly you down to Florida for 1 week to train you, all expenses paid.

      Cons

      Bulls#*%t lies that they gaurantee sharing of "account freebies" of companies that call in randomly for help with filling requirements. All I did was recruit when I was told I would do account mgmt. . LIE, LIE LIE. I watched as neophant newbies with no experience come in and get "accounts" handed to them like a silver spoon.

      Pros

      good database ad depending on your location great name power. Support from home office is excellent. There is good loyalty to productive tenured employees.

      Cons

      In a down economy its about numbers vs the past or the quality of the individual.
