Solid Company except for MICROMANAGEMENT

Pros

- Mostly remote work environment - collaborative environment - immediate team is amazing to work with - great pay! - you can grind out 6 figures year in and year out

Cons

- new leadership is micromanaging the heck out of recruiters - unnecessary stress - Microsoft dynamics is terrible - sink or swim (recruiting in general - You can tell leadership wants people to go in on Wednesdays to a point where they try to make you feel bad if you don’t go in - they are all about subs Unrealistic expectations

Pros

Kforce does a great job of keeping teams connected, which is especially important in a remote-first work environment. Excellent work/life balance and creating a culture of fun in our everyday.

Cons

There aren't many downsides. If any, perhaps the base pay could be higher.

Pros

PTO time and Sick Time are good Benefits are strong Phone reimbursement Remote work allowed when needed

Cons

Very Competitive, cut throat environment Commission based On Call 24/7 Managers very clearly have favorites not set up to succeed there is no focus on development
