Pros

None. Really nothing. All negative. Don’t work here.

Cons

Terrible environment where you feel like a number and there is no room for growth. They’ll sell you on anything. If you’re a new college grad don’t Fall for this company. Spend your time at a more credible and professional establishment that won’t treat you poorly. If you’re a woman don’t waste your time. The positive reviews on here are all “by suggestion” of management. Pay here isn’t worth a dime. I’d rather be homeless than work here.

The experience you describe does not match the culture we strive to sustain. Would you please reach out to me at jschwaller@kforce.com so I can learn more?

Not for me

Pros

Pretty good salary, and a defined commission structure to work toward. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

The ERP system isn't all that user friendly. The company does NOT pay for your parking, you have to pay for it as your own expense (about $80-120/month). Management is strictly focused on numbers. If you want to be approved by management you need to be a cold call machine that needs to make on average 70-100 outbound calls per day.
