      Flexible work environment. Embraces DE&I. Values Family. Supportive Managers.

      Cons

      Health Insurance cost too high. Not enough PTO, only vacation days and no sick days. No education reimbursement.

      - Leadership genuinely cares about the people they lead - Flexibility for PTO/sick days/childcare/appointments, etc. - Opportunity to change careers within the company - Company-wide communication on upcoming changes - Remote work - Trust from leadership that you're doing your job - Annual merit increases and bonuses - Tenured associates

      - Change management with new technologies and policies - DEI strategy was rolled out and never followed up with
