Been here at kforce for 4 years, honestly great culture. Its awesome to be with a company that remains steady to their values.

Cons

Pros

Remote, good base pay, didn’t feel like I was micromanaged.

Cons

Medical benefits sucked. They started to heavily push us to go back into the office just a few short months after the CEO said they have no plans of going back in office. Some events became mandatory in office unless you had kids which didn’t seem fair.
