Pros

Kforce has been a great firm to work for and I am looking forward to many more years. All employees receive very in-depth training and the tools to succeed. They trust you not only as a part of a team, but individually to create your schedule in a day to hit and exceed your goals. Executive leadership is here to support your career, not micromanage you. Thank you for the fantastic two years!

Cons

Nothing I can think of. We come together as a team one day a week in office on a Wednesday. Management respect's and supports a work/life balance.
