      Pros

      Nice work life balance. Helpful management. Ample project opportunities available all across US. They have very capable Immigration team for non-US employees.

      No downside found during my tenure in this organization.

      Great opportunity to grow vertically. Good learning ability. If you want to change contracts/clients, its doable.

      Cons

      Pay not that great. Pay scale changes from contract to contract. No paid vacation if you are a full time hourly consultant
