      * Exceptional atmosphere sharing same collective goals * Enjoy working in the smaller committed close group of IT professionals * Spent 12-years @Kforce, feels like just yesterday * Benefits and employee treatment are competitive for senior FTE

      * Project deadlines and expectations could cause confusion at times * Career paths and retaining strong FTE (flexible/competitive) * Kforce does not competitive matching nor salary match skillset to FTE growth
