Pros
KForce is a company which supplies contractors to clients. It has some exclusive relationships which can be helpful. The administrative staff are very helpful and supply a personal touch which is important because you will need them.
Cons
Fairly low rent. Minimal benefits. Recruiters are all about getting that resource placed and getting paid. Everything you need is outsourced (pay stubs, reimbursement, transportation, health benefits). You will rely on the administrative staff to walk you through the extremely non-intuitive websites you will need to get paid, get benefits, do taxes...etc. Not good.
