Contractor Role

Pros

Donuts once a month with staff. Other than that, did not really speak with Kforce staff much. We were working directly with the company we were contracted to. Recruiters were polite.

Cons

I was told my role would convert to a direct role after 2 years during the hiring process, but that did not happen with any of the contractors at the company we were staffed at.

Pros

Kforce kept contacting me until they found a job for me at a client company. It wasn't just one and done. I felt like they understand who I am and are on my side.

Cons

None, except being a contractor is not as secure as being an employee.
