      My direct supervisor wasn't a marketing professional or business development professional and was doing multiple jobs. I didn't receive documented feedback about performance until the end of my tenure.

      Pros

      Everyone that works here are purpose driven! They don’t just care about a paycheck they care about what they are doing for their clients and that speaks volumes! Great opportunities for growth. Kickstart invests lots of money back into their employees!

      Cons

      There really are none! And when there are, it is a trusting environment where you can say something and actually see change and results for improvement. They care what everyone thinks.
