      Terrible training and expect perfection out the gate

      Pros

      Remote is always great and the company only employees women

      Cons

      They have daily meetings from spanning from 9am 10:15 and then they change your calendar at the last minute. They also expect you to know everything will tell you you’re doing great even when you’re asking for ways to improve and then when they feel overloaded they take it out on the employees.

      Pros

      I liked that my manager trusted me to get my work done and it was very flexible

      Cons

      I took a pay cut to work here in hopes of moving up quickly. That was not the case. I felt under paid and not listened to. When I said I was tapped out on the number of clients I had, I got 5+ more. I was promised training with my promotion and it was not helpful or consistent. Training constantly got cancelled. Employee turnover is outrageous here and it's hard to keep up. Everything there is a big secret, too. When people leave, no one says anything. When new people start, you have no idea what their role is.
