Pros

The pros: Amazing people, 4 day work week/work life balance, remote work, generous stipends and benefits, a CEO who actually cares about their employees, incredibly mission driven, values diversity and the company is in growth mode.

Cons

Cons: Pay is good, not great. Don't come to Kickstarter if you want to get rich. We also have a union here which can limit financial upside. Even if you're going above and beyond, you could still make the same as someone who's doing "just okay" work. Also it seems like they are flattening out the organization which makes for less upward trajectory opportunities.

Pros

Incredibly talented team, and a shared drive to help bring creative projects to life. Four-day workweek is helpful for maintaining work-life balance.

Cons

Constant re-orgs and pivots made it hard to stay focused on a strategy.
