- Management was supportive of staff - Great company culture - Coworkers were generally fine - Enjoyment working with kids

Cons

- Not much room for growth - Horrible burnout - Lack of support due to always being short on other staff members - Parents could call to complain in the middle of the day, oftentimes without knowing the context of the situation at all
