Pros

The company seemed to work with teachers, not against them. I did not work there for a long time, because I had to leave due to a family situation, but the director was fair and had an open ear.

Cons

The room I worked in was rather large, and did not agree with one of the assistant directors who thought it tactful to yell at children in order to gain a response from them.

The management team sucks . from the regional director to the center director Hena in Gainesville. They treat the employees like dirt don't want to pay them half the time and cut your hours every chance they get. Not to mention they don't hardly feed the children and on occasion water down the milk when they don't want to by any

Your co-workers are really a team. Everyone works together They were really flexible about time off.

Very low pay for a lead teacher. Very few raises given. They claim to promote form within, but they do not. Very high turn over rate High turn over rate for management Not a lot of appreciation given to staff
