Childcare discount ..That is it.

Cons

Lack of communication is number 1. There is no work life balance. Owners do not give raises unless you take classes no matter how wonderful of a teacher you are and you have to practically beg for that. Bonus at the end of the year is solely based on attendance which means if you are late more then twice in a year and called out more then once you are disqualified from getting it no matter how great of a teacher you are. They will not help you with your education expense at all. No sick day's and if you call out they take time away from you. The only reason I stayed is because i loved the children.

There no good reasons why an educator would want to work at KA. Kiddie Academy is more concern in numbers that in education.

Cons

KA is disorganize, under staff, treat employee like warm bodies. No learning is going on through out the day is a baby sitting service with under qualify teachers.

there's nothing good about the company.

Cons

everything! when the boss gave overtime, he took the extra pay for himself. he let a parent swipe her title 20 card when her kids weren't there in order to keep her benefits. the kids weren't taught. the company didn't care about ratios. there were hazards in the building and playground. new employees were put in rooms before they had their background results back. licensing rules were broken left and right. they only care about the appearance of the company and building. the owner works like a car salesman, which is how he gets kids in.
