working with children Is the best part of this job, especially if working with is what you want to do in life. This job is very hands on and there is no room for slacking. It's a very demanding job that requires a lot of energy and attention. So if your looking for a sit down babysitting job this is not the job for you. you are required to work most weekends and holidays so if that's and issue once again this is not the job for you.. This job requires teamwork and for everyone to work together at all times, for the children to remain safe, So don't come in here thinking of it as just a paycheck. It's all about the children and making sure they are having fun and remaining safe, also keeping them and their parents happy. As long as you keep that in mind this is an amazing place to work with great opportunities.!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you have meet some amazing people and even made new friends while working for Kids Quest. Listening to our employees gives us insight into how we can improve as a company. We are aware that schedules for employees can be demanding. One of the unique things about Kids Quest is that we are open 365 days a year to serve vacationing families and to support our host properties. That means operating during hours that coincide with their featured activities and entertainment. Unfortunately, most of the time, these types of events take place on weekends and/or holidays. Have you addressed these concerns with your supervisor or director? Perhaps your current hours can be modified to work better with your personal life. Hopefully this will provide the flexibility you desire.
