Pros

11 years and I'm still working for a company I love. Kids Quest has been an amazing company to continue my career at. The dedication they have to the company and staff at every level is seen everyday. The path to success for every employee is constant and reassuring. Management and everyone at the corporate office and at the centers are approachable, reliable and provide constant communication for anything we need. From my point of view, they very proactive about making sure all staff are comfortable with coming to them with anything they need! The fact that they have so many long term employees speaks volume. Staff on every level are just as invested in the company as the company is in invested in them!

Cons

Hours may not be 9-5 but they are flexible

Pros

Working with the kids was a blast

Cons

The company was careless of the safety and wellbeing of the kids. Staff was worked to death with no chance of moving up in the company. I was told I was getting a promotion just for it to be given to someone else.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The safety and wellbeing of both the children in our care and our team members is extremely important to us, so we’re disappointed to hear that this was your perception. We’re also sorry to hear you felt let down regarding advancement opportunities and communication around promotion decisions. Feedback like this is valuable and helps us continue working toward a better experience for both our employees and guests.

Pros

The people I've met, meaning the customers and the kids.

Cons

Absolutely everything! The pay is an absolute joke. Oh and you have to pay half for literally everything, your food, childcare and drinks. Nothing is free, they can't even afford to pay you for one lunch! McDonald's treats their employees better, pays more, and you get a free meal! No room for growth, if there is it is so limited it is appalling. The hours are split so ridiculously, and staff members don't stay. The turnover rate is so high because they can't afford to pay a decent wage, or give hours. Everyone above a Director has an in with somebody higher up, and none of them have been professional. Sorry the staff have issues, but it comes from the root of the source in which they hold no accountability. Corporate doesn't care about you, they care about the money the centers bring in. There's no benefits, and if you want them be prepared to pay for that too.
