Lots of fun, problem solving and

Pros

The people are so fun and amazing to be around. The work environment is super welcoming. There is lots of creativity in the space that helps fuel a fun environment.

Cons

The curriculum that we use is good on some days and very bad others. Some of them are not really age appropriate (in terms of the activity is not great with 4 and 5 year olds). This results in more work than originally in the description.

Pros

Co-workers are nice and friendly. Look forward to Free lunch Fridays per week.

Cons

Break time is not enough (30 minutes for an 8-hour shift). The curriculum is decent but needs to be redefined for the older kids. The pay should go up a bit more, $15 per hour doesn't match how much work assistant teachers do. (Minimum wage has also gone up so this is basically a minimum wage job.)
