      Pros

      This position really allows you to feel like you are making a positive difference in the lives of young children and teens. The position teaches you empathy, patience, and compassion.

      Cons

      The company does not seem to care for the safety or well being of its employees. Raises have not been given in over six years, staff are often placed in dangerous situations, and administration does not listen to its staff.

      I can't name one for this particular division other than "good intentions".

      Cons

      Very poor management; no raises due to bankruptcy; 1 person is expected to do the work of 5; very cliquish; extremely disorganized; hiring process = HORRIBLE and INVASIVE!

      It was great in the beginning when everyone cared about everyone clients staff management all went to hell with the transition

      Cons

      Supervisors at the school have favorites. "principals" like to yell at staff in front of other staff and belittle them in front of the clients. Should probably start drug testing supervisors
