      Pros

      Training is long they try to prep staff. Not everyone is ment for this job. Those who can happy work in those situations have as many hrs as they want most of the yr. The kids will either break you and show you how amazing you can be.

      Cons

      Benefits are not worth it. Medical coverage leave a lot to be desired
