Wonderful co-workers, excellent benefits, very nice campuses, amazing trainings, strong leadership. amazing CEO (Mike). The opportunity to make true change in the lives of children that need help.

Cons

Difficult days with the kids, turnover can sometimes be a problem, the community struggles to see the difficulties that the company faces and is quick to judge.
