Changing kids lives! Flexible schedules. Great sick and vacation.

Cons

Challenging at times working with emotionally disturbed kids but expected. Pay could be better but it’s common in mental health field.

Great place to work; great coworkers; easier than med-surg.

Cons

Management is horrible. The company, as a whole, is very shady. Cannot trust upper level supervisors and managers. They take the direct care staff for granted and don't care if/when they quit.
