      Pros

      Great Health, Vision, and Dental. Education Department is extremely tight knit, and the supervisor is great. The kids, despite their issues, grow on you.

      Cons

      Teachers at KidsPeace do not get some of the benefits that are considered a given by most teachers. Education does not get the summer off, and there is no compensation for working the summers. There is also no retirement plan or scheduled pay increases.

      Pros

      Great place to work for as a stepping stone into the mental health field. A very physically and mentally demanding job, but worth it.

      Cons

      With all the responsibility, the pay is not that great.
