The associates working at KidsPeace are very talented and caring people dedicated to helping kids, adults and families. There is an awesome responsibility and great satisfaction knowing that we are saving lives and helping to change lives in a positive direction. The services we provide from prevention to our inpatient hospital are second to none. I have always been inspired by great work that we do and by the many, many people that I have developed great working relationships & friendships with!
Cons
It is a challenging field to work in and frustrating things do happen. Certain positions can cause stress/burn-out and it is important to remember to take care of yourself. Leadership is constantly exploring new ways to decrease staff turnover and attract new employees to our organization.
